The admissions process at Vin Nexus Center is designed to ensure alignment between each student and the academic program. Each student is admitted based on an in-depth professional assessment to identify the most suitable and effective long-term learning and development pathway.
Specifically, the admissions process at Vin Nexus Center includes the following steps:
Initial Information Registration
Parents complete the initial information form online, helping the school understand the student’s support needs, family expectations, and the parents’ preferred program. After receiving the form, the Vin Nexus Center Admissions Office will contact the family for further discussion about the child’s support needs, explain the assessment process, and provide guidance on the next steps.
In-depth Assessment
The student will participate in a comprehensive assessment conducted by the school’s multidisciplinary team. After the assessment, Vin Nexus Center’s Admissions Advisory Board will review the data and prepare an assessment report with recommendations for an appropriate educational pathway.
Results Discussion and Educational Consultation
After the assessment results are available, the school will hold a consultation session with parents to share the assessment outcomes, advise on the learning and intervention pathway, and propose a program and learning format suited to each student.
Class Placement and Enrollment Procedures
After agreement is reached between the family and the school on student admission, the family will complete the required application documents and financial procedures. For students requiring further support adjustment, parents will submit additional assessment and financial documentation as required. Once the application is complete, the school will provide detailed guidance on the enrollment process and prepare the student’s admission plan.
