Quy trình ứng tuyển
Tại Vin Nexus Center, chúng tôi không chỉ tuyển dụng, mà tìm kiếm những cá nhân phù hợp để cùng xây dựng một mô hình giáo dục có ý nghĩa lâu dài. Quy trình tuyển dụng được thiết kế rõ ràng, minh bạch và tôn trọng trải nghiệm của ứng viên.
1. Nộp hồ sơ
Ứng viên gửi CV ứng tuyển qua email tuyển dụng của Vin Nexus Center.
2. Sàng lọc hồ sơ
Đội ngũ tuyển dụng sẽ xem xét hồ sơ dựa trên mức độ phù hợp với yêu cầu vị trí và định hướng phát triển của Vin Nexus Center.
3. Phỏng vấn
Ứng viên phù hợp sẽ được mời tham gia một buổi phỏng vấn (online/offline) để tìm hiểu về dự án, vai trò và sự phù hợp với vị trí quan tâm. Tùy vị trí, buổi phỏng vấn có thể bao gồm bài tập tình huống hoặc trình bày chuyên môn.
